This is an EXTREMELY POSITIVE REVIEW, but it should be due to how AMAZING Perry and Lynn are! **My camper was "THAT CAMPER, THAT JOB!" Their BIG HEADACHE of the season, I am honored to say! Perry and Lynn work together incredibly! They communicate costs and fees without hesitation! NO GREY AREA. They ask each other questions, bounce ideas off each other and literally assist each other through the entire process! Professional? YES! FUNNY, YES! Work ethic, morals and overall FANTASTIC PEOPLE?, YOU KNOW IT! **Now, THE JOB! My camper was a beast to figure out, but they never stopped, never gave up, never stopped thinking about he "what" and "why" and how to "resolve" the issue. After multiple parts replaced (all of which were needed), then another part breaking after the install and needing replaced again, and after determining that the Manufacturer installed a part incorrectly and that this was "literally" what was causing the entire breakage and slide failure issue, Perry asked my permission to fix it as it involved cutting a piece of metal down. He cut the metal, installed the new rail part, motor and control box and voila!, entirely FIXED SLIDE OUT! It took multiple parts and visits, but they never gave up and promised me that they would get it fixed. ****BONUS MATERIAL***IT'S a MUST READ! We were waiting on parts to come in and Lynn and Perry were in a time crunch as they were supposed to be leaving on Sunday August 22nd for camping and a family wedding in TN, ON THEIR WAY to winter over in FL. The parts came in and they were here on the Sat the 21st working on the camper and said that if they couldn't fix it that day, they would cancel their trip to TN, but had to be in FL on October 1st to secure their winter camping space. It worked out that they were able to fix it and still leave on Sunday, but, THEY WOULD HAVE STAYED, that's incredible. ***In the end, they also told me they didn't feel comfortable charging me any additional costs from the first installation of new parts. I was fully prepared to pay them more, but they insisted that the answer was "NO". You can see they are people with strong morals and work ethic and felt that this was the right thing to do. I was never upset about how things were going because you could tell they were trying to get it fixed. I called Trusted RV Services because the slide on my RV was skipping on the gears, coming out uneven & getting stuck. The RV is an older model (2006? Springdale) that I recently purchased so I didn't really know its history. It's also the first RV I've ever owned so I wasn't even sure who to call or what to expect. But Perry & Lynn arrived & quickly got to work diagnosing the problem. It needed a new gear pack (the old one had a few broken teeth) & multiple adjustments to the rails. They were very thorough in not only fixing all the issues but also going over everything to be sure it was fixed right. They were very upfront & honest & didn't try to upsell me, even when the slide issue turned out to be more involved than we first thought. Communication was great in setting up an appointment and also sending me a reminder when the date approached was a plus. When it came time for the service to be completed, it was done in a very professional and detailed manner. They really took their time and made sure the work was done correctly. They went above and beyond to get our problem fixed with our awning. Even after they had left, they still researched things for us and helped us to find an additional part we needed. Days later we were able to reach out to them with questions that my husband was having with a switch he was replacing.
